Lorraine was born September 18, 1930, to Mr. William Roger and Ola Mae Jones Rivers in Candler County. She worked as switchboard operator for Bell South in Statesboro, in her younger years. Ronald J McNeely of Metter, passed away Friday morning February 2, 2024, at St Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness.  Ronald was born July 2, 1944, in Metter at the McNeely family farm and was a son of H.J.
