Metter-   Carolyn Johnson Doyle, 69, of Metter died Monday, May 30, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Florida.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents Grover Cleveland and Stella Wiggins Johnson. The father of her children Obert Lymon Doyle also preceded her in death.

Carolyn loved to raise chickens and go fishing.

She is survived by sons Steve Allen Sikes, ( Diana Williamson) Obert Nathan Doyle, Marvin Doyle ( Dina Maria Durden) and daughters Susan Ann Dickerson (Edward Jr.) and Pamela Maria Harden ( Durelle). She is also survived by 16 grand children and 8 great grand-children.

Funeral will be held on Friday, June 03, 2016 at 3 pm at the funeral home with Reverend Eric Fulmer officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1 pm until the funeral hour. Wood Funeral Home of Metter is in charge of arrangements
