Mrs. Consuelo Sigala, 89, of Lyons, Georgia passed away peacefully Thursday, January 18th at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, Ga. She was born November 07, 1934, to Pedro Sigala and Juana Figueroa. Mrs. Sigala is survived by her loving husband of 68 years Jesus Perez Rodriguez, son Rodolfo Perez Sigala and daughters Luz Maria Perez Sigala, and Araceli Perez Sigala. She was preceded in death by her parents and two children, Ramon Perez Sigala and Sara Perez Sigala.  Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 22, 2024, in the Chapel of Wood Funeral Home with Father Freddy Angel officiating.

La Sra. Consuelo Sigala, de 89 años, de Lyons, Georgia, falleció pacíficamente el jueves 18 de enero en el Centro Médico Regional de East Georgia en Statesboro, Georgia. Nació el 07 de noviembre de 1934, hija de Pedro Sigala y Juana Figueroa. A la Sra. Sigala le sobreviven su amado esposo de 68 años, Jesús Pérez Rodríguez, hijo, Rodolfo Pérez Sigala y hijas: Luz María Pérez Sigala, y Araceli Pérez Sigala. Le predecieron en la muerte sus padres y dos hijos, Ramon Perez Sigala and Sara Perez Sigala.  Además sobreviven 8 nietos y 16 bisnietos. Se llevará a cabo una Misa de Funeral a las 11:00 a.m., el martes 22 de enero de 2024, en la Capilla de la Funeraria Wood con el Padre Freddy Angel oficiando.
