Mrs. Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Cobb 52, of Swainsboro slipped peacefully onto the loving arms of Jesus, Tuesday March 10, 2026, at Community Hospice in Vidalia Ga., with her loving family at her bedside. Cindy was born to Mr. Lester Rufus and Audrey McGowan Kight on March 22, 1973, in Metter in Ga.

Cindy was a woman of very strong faith, in her Savior, Jesus Christ. She loved her church and church family. She loved her family dearly, loved to go on road trips with her nephew and his wife, shopping, reading and cooking.

Cindy is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Brian Kight. She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years Dean Cobb, a precious daughter Britney Alicia Cobb and a brother Ricky Kight. Also surviving is a very special aunt Geneva Douglas, who she shared a very special bond with and loved dearly.

A funeral will be conducted Friday, March13, 2026 at 11:30 am., in The Chapel of Wood Funeral Home, with Bro. Dean Martin officiating. The family will receive friend beginning at 10:00am., until the service hour.
