Mr. Donald W. ( Billy)Smith Sr. 78, of Twin City, formley of Metter died on Jan. 10,2021 at Emanuel Medical Center in Swainsboro. He was a veteran of the Merchant Marines and a retired employee of Huddle House Resturant. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert C and Gracie Tuten Smith. Brother, Bobby Smith. Sisters, Elvie Bowers  and Naomi Richards. He is survived by his wife, Donna Smith.

Sons, Tony Smith and Donald W. Smith Jr. Daughters Tammy Eurick, Missy Smith, Rachel Frye and Jessica James. Brother Andy Smith. Sisters Carolyn Cobb and Linda Leonard. Thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Jan.14, 2021 at 10am. in the chapel of Wood Funeral Home with Rev.

Robert Beckum officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday Jan. 13, 2021 from 5-7pm. also at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bird Family Cemetery in Bristol, GA. at 4pm. Arrangements by Wood Funeral Home of Metter, GA.
