Jesse Carlton Clifton's Obituary
Jessie Carlton Clifton, 78, of Metter died on Thursday July 28, 2016 as the result of an automobile accident.
He was a retired farmer with a degree in agriculture from the University of Georgia. He was preceded in death
by his parents, A.D. and Irene Alford Clifton. He is survived by sons, Jay Clifton and Chris ( Stacey) Clifton of Metter.
Daughter, Carolyn Seckinger of Augusta. Brother, Ralph Clifton of Metter. Eleven grandchildren.
The family will hold a visitation and memorial service at First Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Sunday
from 2-5:30pm and the memorial service will be held on Monday at 10am.
