Jimmy Wilton Boatright, 55, of Cobbtown passed away September 9, 2021, at Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia, Georgia. Jimmy was born on April 24, 1966, to Mr. Wilton and Rosa Lee McManus Boatright. Jimmy loved working on small engines and helped his sons run a lawn mower repair business in Cobbtown.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents.

Jimmy is survived by, the mother of his children Angela Myers, sons Stacey Boatright, Dusty Myers, Cody Myers, Timothy Boatright and Tony Googe. Also surviving Jimmy is a brother Terry Don Griffin and two sisters Marie Cobb and Sherry Hughes.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 2 pm. In the chapel of Wood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12 pm until the funeral hour. Burial will follow in Brewton Cemetery in Hagan, GA. Wood Funeral Home of Metter is  in charge of arrangements.
