Ms. Linda Martin Driggers, 62, of Metter passed away peacefully on October 9, 2021, at her residence. Linda was born on August 31, 1959 to Mr. Curtis and Mrs. Bernnice Sutton Martin in Metter. She loved her daughter and cherished her grandchildren.

Linda was preceded in death by her father Mr. Curtis Martin and a sister Brenda Martin.

Linda is survived by her mother, Bernnice and a daughter Celina (Geoffrey) August; three grandchildren Selena August, Brianna August and Malachi August., Also surviving are two brothers, Ronald (Pam) Martin and Robert Wayne Martin two sisters Diane Bryant and Wanda Martin.

The family would like to especially thank Ogeechee Area Hospice, Nurses and Caregivers (Nikki Akins) for their exceptional care provided to their loved one.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 2pm., in the Chapel of Wood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
