Loree Marcine (Amaral) Parker 76 passed away Friday evening April 19, 2024, at Candler County Hospital after a brief illness. Loree was born on November 19, 1947, to Robert Earnest and Beatrice Silva Amaral, in Oak Bluffs Massachusetts. Loree worked at Gradys Truck Stop for 32 years. She dearly loved and cherished her family and friends.

Loree was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son Thomas Swift and a daughter Rhonda Lee Steere Grundstein. She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years Gerald Parker, two daughters Shirley Loree Steere, Melinda Boyett, two sons Stephen Gary Steere Jr. (Karen), Michael Parker, eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, brothers, Robert Earnest Amaral Jr (Judy), Joseph Amaral (Judy), and a sister Sherri Church (Tom).

A funeral will be conducted Wednesday April 24, at 2pm in the Chapel of Wood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service, burial will be in The Lake Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jerome Parker, Stephen Byles, Lavon Campbell, Chris White, Michael Parker, Stephen Steere.
