Mrs. Marilyn Goodman Jarriel, 66, of Statesboro died on Aug. 3, 2021 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. She was a retired Phlebotomist with Statesboro OB-Gyn. She was

preceded in death by her parents, John J. and Exibee Woods Goodman; a sister Maelene Jarriel.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Jarriel of Statesboro. Daughter Mandy ( Justin) Frazier of

Claxton. Sister Carolyn Carter of Portal. Brother Johnny Goodman of Metter. Grandchildren, Jessica Frazier,

Joshua ( Gabby) Frazier, Mikala Bleeks ( Shawn Marks ) and Matthew ( Laurie) Frazier . Great grandchildren, Cayden, JoAnna, Brodie, Julianna and Everleigh. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021 at 11am. at Living Waters Church with Revs. Roy Jarriel, Burnon Jarriel and Tony Brown officiating.

Burial will follow in Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday Aug. 6, 2021 from 6-9pm at Living Waters Church. Pallbearers will be, Bobby Brown, Jeff McCarty, Kevin Sikes, Gwin Jarriel, Gary Jarriel, Ronnie Jarriel, Stephen Brown and Bobby Madril. Arrangements by Wood Funeral Home of Metter.
