Mrs. Mary Ann NeSmith Small, 73, of Statesboro died on Wednesday Aug. 23, 2017 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro. She attended Statesboro High School, was a retired Sr. Care Giver and was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernell Small Sr. Her parents, Louis and Bertha L NeSmith. Brother John NeSmith. She is survived by sons, Benny ( Patricia) Small Jr. of Mt. Vernon, Bobby ( Cathy) Small of Millen, Travis ( Pam) Small of Statesboro and Timothy ( Susan) Small of Claxton. Daughter, Melissa ( Jay) Rogers of Brooklet. Three brothers, Louis NeSmith Jr. of Reidsville, Randall NeSmith of Portal and Cleveland NeSmith of Statesboro. One Sister, Rebecca N.( Marvin) Deal of Register. Companion Bob Williams of Statesboro.. Twenty four grandchildren and Thirty seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Sat. Aug. 26,2017 at 1pm. in the chapel of Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Crosby officiating. Burial will be in Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday 6-8pm also at Wood Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be, Jay Rogers, Jamey Crockett, Chandle Weaver, Richard Weaver, Stephen Weaver and Art Lehew
