Angela Dawn (Lovell) Whitehead

Angela D Whitehead entered into eternal rest on Sunday morning 02/09/25 at Azaela Nursing Home in Metter, Ga. Angela, who most knew by Dawn, was born In Louisville, KY to Raymond Lovell Sr. and Thelma Lovell in 1973. Later in her childhood she relocated, with her family, to Charleston SC where she later graduated from St. Andrew’s Parish high school, class of 1993. Angela spent most of her life as a homemaker and the mother of two children. Angela later relocated to Effingham County, Ga where she spent her latter years. Angela was diagnosed in her early 20s with Multiple Sclerosis in which she battled with for most of her life.

Angela is proceeded in death by her parents Raymond Lovell Sr. And Thelma Lovell. She is survived by her children Laurence Whitehead (Larry Sheppard) of Pooler, Ga and Savana (Brandon) Woodard of Newington, Ga, grandson Brayden Woodard, brother Raymond Lovell Jr. (Tracy Dandridge) of Summerville SC, sisters Joyce Lovell, Janice Shrode, and Jeanine Goff, all of Louisville, KY, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
