BILLIE LANIER Obituary

Mrs Billie  Edenfield  Lanier 86 passed away March 9 2017 at Candler County Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Emanuel County, she lived most of her life in Candler County. She was retired from Farm Bureau Ins. Company, worked fro several years with Hook's Mortuary and for the last 20 years she was the lady attendent at Wood Funeral Home. She was a member of Rosemary Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Lewis Lanier. Her parents, William and Annie Edenfield. Brothers, Ted Woodrow Edenfield, Jake Edenfield, Roy Edenfield and Snookum Edenfield.Sisters, Mary Lou Willis, Lois McClain, Zeda Lewis and Alma Curl.

She is survived by her son, William "Bill" Edenfield and wife D'Nena, daughter, Becki Davis and husband James. Sister, Jean Edenfield Clifton. Grandsons, Justin Lanier and wife Jennifer, Parker Lanier and wife Rachel. Great grandchildren Hunter and Presley Lanier.

Funeral services Saturday March 11, 2017 at Rosemary Primitive Baptist Church with  Elder Graig Lanier and Elder Sam Bowen officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
