METTER- Cloud Vernon Farrow, known to most as Skip, passed this life on Friday June 19th, 2020. Born in Birmingham Alabama September 5th, 1945. Cloud was a master craftsman, accomplished artist, and skilled sailor. His well built reputation proceeded him among all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a thoughtful and caring man that would do anything for a person in need. He lived his life to the absolute fullest and had a mentality that all things were possible with prayer and hard work. He instilled this belief in all he came in contact with. He was a great teacher and an even better story teller. He sailed the high seas, and weathered many storms.
Cloud is proceeded in death by his mother Marie Hulon, his step father Red Hulon and his father Cloud Vernon Farrow. He is survived by his wife Jennifer Farrow, his 5 children, Cloud, Hope, Jason, Melanie, and Jeff. Cloud was PePaw to 9 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. His legacy will carry on in the many people's lives he has touched. His wisdom will be heard in the rushing of the waves against the hull and in the wind when it hits the sails.
A private memorial service will conducted at a later date, hosted by his loving family and friends.
