Cora Mae Mikell

Mrs. Cora Mae Mikell, 94, formerly of Metter died on November 13, 2022, in Ormand Beach Florida. Mrs. Mikell was born on May 30, 1928 to Mr. John Westberry and Mrs. Nellie Lee Kendnell in Collins, GA. Cora was a faithful member of Heritage Batptist Church in Titusville, FL, and had a strong belief in God. She loved to sew, quilt, and knit a memory for most everyone she loved. She loved to cook true southern meals, as well as eating and sharing with family.

Cora was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, of 51 years, Mr. James A. Mikell. She is survived by a son Dan (Linda) Mikell of New Smyrna Beach, FL, two grandchildren, Kalee Ann Hanel and Daniel Lee Mikell and one great grandchild Kanan Dean Ramsey.

A funeral will be conducted, Thursday November 17, at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Wood Funeral Home with Elder Craig Lanier officiating. The family will recieve friends one hour prior to the service.
