DEBRA DENISE SMITH

Mrs. Debra Denise Smith, 54, of Metter died on Friday Dec.30,2016 at her

residence under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. She was preceded in death by her birth father, Jack Crowley. She was a native of Savannah, a RN she worked for 20 years at St. Joseph's/ Candler Hospital and at Davita Dialysis in Metter for eleven years. She is survived by her husband of thirty years Tim Smith of Metter. Parents, Bob and Judy Cook of Metter. Daughter, Brittany A. Smith of Metter. Brothers, Donald Crowley and Scott Crowley both of Savannah. Sister Jackie Crocker of Savannah. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday Jan. 3, 2017 at 3pm. at New Life Baptist Church in Metter. The family will receive friends from 1pm. until the hour of the service at the church. Burial will be in Lake Cemetery in Metter. Wood Funeral Home of Metter is in charge of arrangements.
