Debra L. (Rider) Coleman

Mrs. Debra L. Coleman, 62, of Metter, slipped peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus, on Thursday, December 21, 2023; at WellStar Augusta University Medical Center, in Augusta Georgia. She was born on February 19, 1961, to Jerry H. and Carolyn Lamb Rider. Her loving family at her bedside. Debra loved to cook, especially bake, sweet treats, for her family. She loved her church, church family and loved to sing in praise and worship. She loved her family and cherished her four grandchildren.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, April Durden, and a daughter Amanda Aldrich.

Debra is survived by her loving, devoted husband, Jerry Wayne Coleman, a daughter, Gidget Berry and four beautiful grandchildren: Afdon, Kylie, Nathan and Huck Aldrich.

The family will receive friends Wednesday December 27th, 2023, at Living Waters Church of God, from 10 am until the service hour. The funeral will be conducted at 11 am. with Rev. Darrell McLeod and Rev. Mike Pillow will officiate. Burial will follow at The Lake Cemetery, in Metter.
