Dianna (Woods) Verraneault

Dianna Woods Verraneault, age 48, has passed from this life into God's hands. Dianna was born April 8, 1974, to John Willis Woods (Bud) and Bobbie Jean Cobb Woods, in Metter, Georgia.

Dianna loved flowers and working in the yard. She liked to cook and even enjoyed painting. She was especially fond of children and babysat for many over the years. Reading her Bible was a favorite pastime for her, and she could often be found reading its pages.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, John Willis Woods Jr (Doodlebug); two sisters, Kathryn Woods Deason and Jeannie Woods; a niece, Shalane Woods; two nephews, Wesley Woods and T.J. Deason. She leaves behind to miss her one son, Paine Verraneault; one daughter, Payton Verraneault; the father of her children, Bobby Verraneault; one sister, Linda Woods Blackburn (Gary); one brother, Randy Woods (Cindy); a number of nieces and nephews as well as many extended family members. She also will be missed by her cat, Tom, and a rooster named, Brewster.

Services will be held at Wood Funeral Home, Saturday, September 24,2022. Family will receive visitors at 10:00am, with funeral immediately following at 11:00am. Internment at Cool Springs Cemetery.
