Dorothy Collins Powell

Dorothy Collins Powell, 81, of Metter died on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017 at Memorial Health Center in Savannah.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Luther Powell; son, Ricky Powell;  parents, Willian and Fairy Bell Screen  Collins and a sister, Joann Alexander. She is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Little of Simpsonville, S.C. A sister, Billie C. Phillips of Cobbtown. Grand daughter, Delaciy ( Devin) Clarke of Mt. Airy, GA. Grandchildren, Adam Little and Anna Little of Simpsonville, S.C.

Jacob, Samantha and Devin Michael Clarke of Mt. Airy, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday Nov. 11, 2017 at  11am. in the chapel of Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10am. until the hour of the service.
