EARL SIKES

Mr. Earl Sikes, 91, of Cobbtown died on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016 at his residence under the care of Community Hospice .He was a lifelong resident of Cobbtown , a veteran of the army having served in World War II and a retired welder/ pipe fitter. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ruth Williams Sikes; daughter, Diane Sikes and his parents Marion E. Fabien and Martha Sikes. He is survived by a son, Mike Sikes and a daughter, Frizzie Sikes; granddaughter Gabrielle Sikes and a grandson, Cody Sikes. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10am., a graveside service at Sunlight Cemetery in Cobbtown. Visitation will be on Friday 5-7 pm at Wood Funeral Home in Metter. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to: Community Hospice, P.O.Box 2277 Vidalia Ga 30475 . Wood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
