Mr. Jessie Maylon Bowen, 84, of Twin City died on Friday May 22, 2015 at
Georgia Regents University Hospice in Augusta. He was a retired Auto
Mechanic certified in Ford, Lincoln and Mercury service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Brown Bowen
Step daughter, Fayette Kirchner,and step grand daughter, Jennie B. Fennell.. He is survived by a step
daughter, Joyce Scott ( Gerald) Scott of Twin City. Step son, WayneBrown of Twin City. Three brothers,
Erwin ( Jennie) Bowen of Charlotte, N.C. Wayne ( Janet) Bowen and Travis ( Joann) Bowen both of Pink Hill, N.C.
A sister, Shirley Mills of Pink Hill, N.C. Four step grandchildren, thirteen step great grandchildren and seven step
great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will
be held on Wednesday May 27, 2015 at 11am. in the chapel of Wood Funeral
Home in Metter. Visitation will be on Tuesday May 26, 2015 from 6-8pm.
