Johnny Virgil Turner

Mr. Johnny Virgil Turner, 66, of Swainsboro slipped peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus on March 31, 2025 at Pruitt Health in Swainsboro Ga. Virgil was born to Mr. Roy Elliottt and Janie Lou Riner Turner on August 8, 1958. A lifelong resident of Swainsboro, he attended Swainsboro High School, and worked in retail management, for Dollar General several years.

Virgil was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Robbie E. Turner. He is survived by a son Christopher Elliott Turner, four brothers, William Turner, Greenwood SC, Ronnie Turner, Cochran GA., Glenn Turner, Swainsboro, GA., Rollie Turner, Summertown GA.. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

The family plans and will announce a Private Memorial Service at a later date.
