MATHIE Mccranie

Metter-  Mathie "Mac" McCranie  75, died Thursday June 11, 2015 at Ogeechee Area Hospice. Mr. McCranie was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a  retired Candler County Farmer and tractor mechanic. He attended Cedar Street Baptist Church.

Mr. McCranie was preceeded in death by his parents Henry Joe and Mamie McCullough McCranie.

Mr. McCranie is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Anne Westberry McCranie. Two sons Jeffery McCranie (Jennifer) of Statesboro, Jay McCranie (Traci) of Metter and one daughter Jayna M. Stephens (Ja) of Metter. He is also  Survived by 13 grandchildren. Also, a brother Roy McCranie of Lorida Florida and two sisters Martha Landrum and Jane Gibbs (Jim) of Metter, and lots of adopted  babies.

  Visitation will  be Friday 5-8 pm at the anchor Worship Center. The funeral will be conducted Saturday morning June 13, 2015  at 11 am at the church with Rev. Jesse Goodman and Elder Mike Newman officiating.
