Nannie Lou Sewell

Mrs. Nannie Lou Smith Sewell, 88 of Cobbtown died on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron Sewell, parents James Floyd and Bessie Skinner Smith. Sons Anthony “ Tony” Sewell and Henry Sewell.

She is survived by daughters, Gail S. ( James) Curl and Angie S. Powell ( Billy Freeman).

Sisters Betty Anderson and Gail Stewart. Seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday August 28, 2021 at 11am. at Sunlight Cemetery in Cobbtown with Rev. Paul Moore officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Curl, Cade Curl, Jerry Powell, Joshua Powell, Barry Booth and Banks Booth.
