Otis Raymond Collins Jr., 67, of Metter died on August 30,2017 at Candler County Hospital.

Born in Metter, he lived here all of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis Raymond and Ruth Kersey Collins Sr. Brothers, Edward Collins, Clyde Collins, Howard Collins, James Lester Collins and Linton Stephen Collins. Sisrer, Virginia Collins. He is survived by a brother, Don. Collins of Metter and a sister, Margie Fulmer of Metter. Several nieces and nephews. The family will hold a memorial at a later date. Wood Funeral was in charge of arrangements.
