PHILIP OCONNELL

Mr. Philip Jay O;Connell, 78, of Metter died on Saturday Ja. 2, 2016 at Serenity Hospice

in Dublin. He was a veteran of the army and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbie O'Connell of Metter. Stepson, Greg Lumley of Vidalia.

A step daughter, Monica Bacon of Vidalia. Brother, Donald O'Connell of Palm

Harbor, FL. Three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral

services will be held on Monday Jan. 4, 2016 at 11am. in the chapel of Wood Funeral

Home with Rev. Ben Gay officiating. Burial will be in Rosemary Primitive Baptist Church

Cemetery in Metter. Visitation will be on Sunday 5-7pm
