RAYMOND 'EDDIE' ANDERSON

Mr. Raymond Edwin "Eddie " Anderson, 59, of Savannah passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019, at his residence. 

Mr. Anderson was born April 23, 1960, in Atlanta, GA to the late Wilmer Eugene Anderson and Pearl Lynell Collins Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a 1978 graduate of Swainsboro High School. In his earlier years, he was a gym owner, bodybuilder, and ironworker with the Local Union 709 working at Plant Vogle. Mr. Anderson was of the Baptist faith and had a strong faith in God. 

Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Stephen "Steve" Eugene Anderson. He is survived by his brothers, Randall Anderson (Lisa) of Seaford, DE and Johnny Anderson of Metter, GA. Mr. Anderson is also survived by his nieces, Angela Anderson and Amanda Neal, his nephews, Joseph Anderson and Kyle Edenfield, great nephews, Joshua Bush, Kaleb Edenfield, Kason Edenfield, and Kolby Edenfield, and great niece, Aleksandra Anderson. 

Funeral services will be held at Wood Funeral Home, Metter, GA, on Thursday, July 11, at 2:00. Family visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Internment following service at Cool Springs Cemetery.
