RUTH CLANTON

Ruth Collins  Clanton, 82, of Cobbtown died on  Friday Jan. 22, 2016 at Candler County Hospital.

She was a retired accountant and attended Hillside Church of God. She was preceded

in death by her parents, Woodrow E. and Bessie Bowen Collins. She is survived by her

husband, James L. Clanton Sr. of Cobbtown. Son, James L. ( Sheri) Clanton Jr. of

Waycross. Grandson, Matthew Clanton of Jacksonville. Adopted daughter, Sharon

Mack of Collins.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 3pm. in Sunlight

Cemetery in Cobbtown. Wood Funeral Home of Metter is in charge of arrangements.
