Roy Dean Beasley

Mr. Roy Dean Beasley 71, of Metter, slipped peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus, at East Georgia Regional Medical, on April 12, 2023, with his loving family at his bedside. Roy was born on June 3, 1951, to Mr. James Andrew and Mrs. Juanita Humphrey Beasley in Metter. Roy worked with Dr. W.L. Moore D.V.M. for many years., and later retired from ITT Grinnell in Statesboro.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Allen Beasley, and two sisters, Brenda Beasley and Sandy Beasley.

He is survived by two sons Jamie (Leigh) Beasley, Jason (Trish) Beasley, three daughters Kaci Beasley, Anita (Greg) Beasley and Abigail Beasley. Also surviving are his best friend and the mother of his children Delann Beasley; and his loving companion of 15 years Sabrina Head and stepchildren, Stephanie (Kyle), Paul, Lizzy (Timmy), Tracie, Joseph (Acacia), Brittney. His brother Ricky (Cecilia) Beasley, sister Kay (Ronnie) Rustin. Grandchildren, Tyla Beasley, Seth Beasley, Avery Beasley, Trenton Sikes, Brielle Humphry, Alexus (Nic) Ambrocio, Heaven “Pest” Jones, Peyton Champion, Parker Medlin and a great grand Dominic “Little Dean” Ambrocio, and many step grandchildren. In-Laws Glen (Teresa) Berry, Earl Berry, Ann (Dana) Blocker, Donna (Gene) Collins, Jeff Berry and good friends Donnie and Mary Rioux.

A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, April 15, 2023, 11 am, at Anchor Worship Center with Bro. Jessie Goodman officiating.
