T.C. Allmond

Metter- T.C. Allmond, 90, died on Sunday at the Candler County Hospital

after a brief illness. Born March  21, 1925 the son of the late Edward

Mathis and Lula Bennett Almond. He was a retired boilermaker with 46 years service.

He was preceded in death by wives, Mary Helen Allmond and Rosa Lee Allmond,

daughter, Mary Jane Beischl, brother, E.M. Allmond,  sister, Sara Deal and a

stepson, Robbie Wilson. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Tim ( Patty)

Allmond of Metter. A step daughter, Debra Wilson of Cedartown.

 Three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral

services will be held on Wednesday April 27, 2016 at 11am. in the chapel of Wood

Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Williams officiating. Burial will be in Lake

Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday April 26, 2016 from 6-8pm. at the

funeral home. Wood Funeral Home of Metter is in charge of arrangements.
