Tyler Leslie Allen Herron

Tyler Leslie Allen Herron, 23 of Metter gained his forever wings Friday October 8, 2021. Tyler was born on May 27, 1998 in Bowling Green, OH and moved to Metter in 2005. He is a Metter High School graduate, Class of 2017. From 2017 to 2019 Tyler worked at Linzer, he later went on to work for Candler Machine from 2019 to 2021, he was most recently working at Franklin Toyota. Tyler enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, swimming, and playing x-box. To know Tyler was to love Tyler, he never met a stranger and always had a joke up his sleeve to make all around him laugh. He lit up any room he walked in with his infectious smile and bald head. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lynn F. Bankey and brother Blake M. Bankey. Paternal grandfather, Leslie A. Herron and grandmother Jeanette F. Charles. Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Linda Bankey (Al Moore), his sister Elizabeth (Guillermo) Gonzalez, all of Metter. His step-father James Luman, of Upper Sandusky, OH, his father Troy Herron, of Richmond, IN. Maternal grandfather Richard Bankey (Carla Lynn), of Metter. Step-grandparents James (Vickie) Luman, of Upper Sandusky, OH. Half sister Amanda Springfield, of Richmond, IN. God sister Miracle (Matt) Ammons, of Metter. Special friend Pinky Dizzle, of Freedom PA. Nieces and nephews, Jeremiah, Rosalie, Saphira, Augustine, of Pueblo, CO. Nevaeh, Jayden, Bentley, Maddison, LeeAsia, of Metter. Joell, Ja’rell, Ja’trell, Jericho, Jairy, of Richmond IN. Many aunts, uncles, and cousins including Drew (Ella) Bankey, of Blanca, CO and Richelle Mabry, of Bowling Green, OH Tyler is so loved and will be missed by so many. His memory will live on through us all. Pallbearers are Andrew Solarik, Keith Brown, Charlie Galvan, John Willard, Ryan Clements, and Brian Reeves. Honorary Pallbearers are the Metter High School class of 2017, Bodhi Roberts, Christain Beasley, and Jalen Sutton. Visitation will be Friday October 15, 2021 from 5 to 8 pm.
